Since 2015, we have brought together senior leaders, policymakers, executives, and changemakers from across sectors and continents, creating the conditions for dialogue, thoughtful reflection, and connections that shape how people lead.

Leadership Conference
Our flagship annual gathering brings together senior leaders, executives, and policymakers for a full day of keynote addresses, panel discussions, and conversations that go beneath the surface of leadership to the thinking and conviction that drives it.
Panel Discussions
Expert panels convened around a specific leadership, governance, or organisational challenge, bringing together practitioners and policymakers who have navigated the territory first hand. These can be standalone events or integrated into larger conferences and summits.
Fireside Chats
An intimate format that brings one or two senior leaders into an unscripted conversation about their leadership journey and the thinking behind their most significant work.
Leadership Summits
For organisations and institutions that need to convene their leadership community around a specific strategic challenge. Her Story Matters designs and facilitates summits that foster genuine dialogue, surface meaningful insight, and generate clarity and consensus to move organisations forward.
